01 — About

Founder & CEO

JL

Designer, producer, and systems thinker. Rooted in New Mexico, working with creatives anywhere.

Creativity and technology colliding — from a small Santa Fe studio.

Saberdog LLC opened in 2019 on a plain belief: artists and independents deserve partners who treat their work as infrastructure, not just content. The first jobs were websites and identities for local makers. The work grew into merch, events, digital ownership, and software the studio ships under its own name.

Jefferson studied computer science at the University of New Mexico, with earlier study at Santa Fe Community College. Before the studio he was a UX designer at Streamlynx Communications — content, layout, sites, and audiovisual production — and he still keeps a public Behance under the Saberdog name, member since 2013. Adobe daily drivers: Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.

The same person records. Clean but Descheveled (2017) is on Spotify, Apple Music, and Bandcamp — tracks include Emo Lobster, Seafood, and Market Dash. Video is on YouTube as J4SUN. Film credits sit beside the design work: best boy on Curse of the Black Lagoon (2018) and B camera plus editor on OffSet’s “The Gandalf Episode” (2019). The published Grok apps and the third-party record are gathered under Credits.

  • Inclusive by design

Accessible experiences, more than one kind of voice, and tools that do not assume an expert.

  • Boundary-pushing craft

Websites, synthesizers, games. If it helps someone ship ambitious work, it belongs in the studio.

  • Community first

Physical and digital assets that make a real room stronger, not just a feed louder.

  1. 01

    Free consultation

Listen first. Goals, audience, and constraints — no obligation and no pitch deck.

  2. 02

    Strategy & design

A clear plan: identity, architecture, campaign, or a product roadmap.

  3. 03

    Build & launch

Production-grade work. Access, performance, and real use are not optional.

  4. 04

    Support & iterate

Stay after launch. Refine the platform instead of handing over a folder and vanishing.
